Dean Wilson, CEO & Director

Dean has always been passionate about the electrical industry, and the success of his first company Skilled Electrical, paired with his appreciation toward sustainable power alternatives, compelled him to create Endless Energy.

Dean has had 20+ years of experience within the electrical industry and has managed teams and projects in almost all sectors of the industry.

Ian McInnes, Director

Ian has been on the board for multiple national and international companies within the energy sector.

Orion, Energy Development Ltd, AES Corp in China, Sino Investments, Genco Energy Mauritius, Smiths Element and Controls.

He brings to the table a wealth of experience and expertise.

Raymond Dun, Business Development Manager –South Island

Raymond has vast experience in the Electrical Industry. Starting out as an electrician, he quickly moved into HVAC and solar specialisation. He also has business experience as the owner and director of ADL Heat Pumps & Electrical Ltd.

Raymond has significant technical install and product knowledge that he brings to his role as southern business development manager.

Martin Mans, Business Development Manager –North Island

Martin has over 10 years of experience in the solar industry and has established a reputation as a knowledgeable and dedicated expert.

Martin has a deep passion for the adoption of renewable energy solutions, leveraging his expertise to help organizations and individuals make the transition to more sustainable energy sources.

Carl Ritchie, Project Engineer

Originating fromTaranaki, Carl studied a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Process Engineering and a Minor in Sustainable Energy at the university of Canterbury.

Carl brings a wealth of experience with a decade in the energy and dairy industry, working as an Electrician and Instrument Technician.
